HELP

I've been looking for this specific bl manga for quite some time now and I would really appreciate some help (Pls help me). I can't remember if I've red it in this site or in another site but the story goes like this...

The seme and uke are highschool students and if I'm not mistaken there was this old like building (wall) in their school and there's a rumor that if they write the name of the person they like or their wish (I forgot) on that wall it will come true ig or the person will like them back (not sure). The seme's on the unpopular side while the uke's quite popular (has many friends) and due to some circumstances the seme had to stay at the uke's house cuz apparently their parents know each other and their basically just neighbors (?) Anwy they got together and the story goes until the seme's working in an office job while the uke's studying for college (?) And the seme has this male coworker (closeted gay) who's abt to get married and had been annoying the seme of his relationship with the uke (they're in a long distance relationship atp) then I can't remember anything that happens next. But I do remember the seme giving a speech at his male coworker's wedding then taking a trip to run to the uke. I think it was because the seme wanted to be introduced to the uke's parents as his boyfriend.

I'd really appreciate some help. This manga has been bothering my mind for a year now. Also, I'm not really sure abt some parts of my narration but I think that's basically the gist? Thanksss...(づ￣ ³￣)づ
