This usually varies from person to person, my girlfriend doesnt get any side effects from anal either but for some people it can cause irritation in your bowels. Ever heard of the salt and water trick? People say that it can make you lose weight and thats because its similar to a laxative. Well semen has a pretty high salt content so if it gets deep enough inside you, it can cause a a painful stomach ache and/or bowel issues. However, this should ever be something that permanently affects someone, if it does theres probably an underlying issue.

I'm a woman and experience it every single time, violently even, it feels like I have food poisoning but without the nausea, it's one of the reasons I hate anal.
