I have yet to read a bl manhwa/manga (or just in general, obv excluding those that are essential to the plot) where the main characters do have plastic surgery (especially those working in the limelight like models, idols, actors etc.)
They always gotta be like ultra natural while the antagonists will be the opposite. You know, it would be fresh to see in a character info section that this character had rhinoplasty or had a lip filler. Idk, just a thought.
