Characteristic of foreign country, by that, it's really is just the overall characteristics asked a country, exotic scenery, exotic atmosphere
And yes I'm implying that you can't use it on humans. And I hope u haven't used them on ppl yet and even if u hav, I hope they are people who don't mind. If u want to, then sure. I'm just giving advice. It just reflects who u are.
