I get that feeling too, it's not really all that attractive to watch, there's been two scenes with momo and yata doing it that just didn't sit well with me. BUT I know Yata loves Momo, he took Momo in without ever judging his past. So don't let it get to you too much.
I try not to but it's a bit much lol. It's Harada after all but still you know, Yata doesn't give a shit about what Momo wants once the sex has started.
