I think the ghost just takes the form of the director, the one that s been fucking GiYoon.
Jumin is a real person who got really sick because the ghost that used to fuck him got transfered to GiYoon.
I think the ghost that looks like Jumin has hierarchy over The ghost that ok on Gitae's form.
Gitae had dream about GiYoon so he wanted to find out more about GiYoon.

GiYoon knows. He's just pretending. The ghost asks him if he knows, since he reacts differently to the real director and to the ghost himself who took on the shape of the director. And we can see he knows in that frame that shows that he knows, but is just pretending or ignoring it, by the overlap in the ghosts' appearance and the form it took.
So it's like a whole ghost AU office work place where there's like a hierarchy? Nothing makes sense to me. I feel dumb.
