It's Omegaverse so I suspect the Alpha is becoming more possessive-obsessive only because the Beta comes to see him SOAKED in the Omega's pheromones.... I mean I hope it's good news that the Alpha is becoming more invested and truly wants to build a relationship with the Beta. _ I also see the three of them as end game in a throuple :-) _ from the Alpha point of view I think it would be for the best to balance his hormonal status :-( because that's a sad reality when someone is controlled by their hormones, it can be overpowering and cause some power imbalance :-( and some type of madness :-( _ I have hope that having 2 loving partners can help bring the balance back. (If the partners are into a throuple and not cheating that is.)(because otherwise thé Alpha is going to go crazy jealous and who knows what he will do if he feels insecure. :-( he will feel threatened and Alpha that feel insecure + threatened might become super possessive-obsessive. I hope that will not be the case . I do wish to see them happy together !!! They all need a friend and the Alpha and Omega both found a friend in the Beta . (And I think they truly like him.)(it seems to me they both want to take care of him and that they truly care for him ? Time will tell )
I also hope that the three of them will be the end game. If that happens, like what you said, the Beta guy will be the link between the Alpha and Omega guy, one who will control and end the toxicity in their relationship. Like a core or something :)
To me it looks like he’s still just using MC. I think he’ll try to get close to omega again through MC and then he'll do a classic scumbag move and tell Mac to fuck off. I don’t think it’s possible for the three of them to end up together since omega hates the alpha and alpha only loves omega

This is the best love triangle I read so far, but it's way too complicated. I don't know if the Alpha guy is falling for the Beta guy but he somehow becomes possessive towards him.
