Um Bl wise I'd have to look through my lists but male female couple cheating I can recommend a site to look through for titles at least, Irodori comics... you have to pay to read but you can read some on here or type the titles or authors in your browser and look for them. Found a lot of smutty cheating and cuckold shii idk there's a lot of things.

It's been a while since I've read BL that started off with cheating. I sorta like the art but the translation though you just need to bear with it. Honestly I feel like this is gonna be a wild ride anyway we'll see how this goes. Hopefully the plot's progress won't be all over the place
