they kept Hanseok around and put him in the hospital because he was too much of a threat.
when the good doctors (the one where Sangyul was accompanied by prince Reok) examined Sangyul’s body, they made a hypothetical guess that he would’ve been a normal omega if Jodong pharmacy didn’t do all those excessive experiments on him when he was a kid but due to those excessive and harsh experiments it put a strain on Sangyul’s body that he eventually mutated into a different trait that can’t be identifiable.
Can someone explain the premise of the story in a bit detail? I kind of got confused and im not sure I follow what's happening at the start. Thank you ヾ(☆▽☆)
