Those are the manga go bots
There use to be a small flag on the left hand side of the screen that you could report an issue with an upload or even if information was incorrect but it was removed because people abused it. Constant reports on chapters and entire manga that weren't actually messed up was overloading the report system. You can thank the same people who caused the comments to be gone for three years for that.
Pretty sure that was around the time when a bunch of authors also sent their little minions to come over here and mass report the comics and leave the craziest messages (￣∇￣||)
I don´t understand why someone with no name upload the same chapter when 2nd life scan just uploaded it yesterday?? all those chapters with no uploader name are a mess, don't read those ¬¬
