People react very differently to situations of maximun stress like being raped, some will try to get away, some will fight back and some will not, maybe because they are in shock and they freeze or maybe because they are too afraid of how the rapist will react, either way all of those are survival tactics.
Even though it was peppermint, I don't fucking care. That still counts as rape.
Getting real tired of rapey tropes. But I do expect something good from the story.
