I didn’t see it like this! I agree 100% def her pov, I still think that Tatsuo can work just like Kouya can work! It’s just gonna take her to be open and honest and for him as well! They are two hurt people that haven’t been fully vulnerable with each other! I don’t think it’s him giving crumbs, not all people love the same he’s gotta learn her love language but it’s true some people just aren’t compatible so we’ll see! I also think there sex scenes are hot he’s giving dilf vibes, pretty lustful but there could be more intimacy eye contact definitely but he do be putting her to sleep! Now for Kouya it would depend on how if she doesn’t work out with Tatsuo! Then he can come back in and fix it up! Either one works I just need them all to be happy at the end of it!
he might not be deliberate or even aware of the crumbs, but that doesn't make them disappear. i would jump ships, no problem with that, but this one seems no less prone to sinking. annnnndddd asahi + kouya's relationship seemed like they could both easily and naturally grow, a win-win in many situations, but with tatsuo it would seem kinda forced and like compromising something important.
from asahi's perspective:
a + kouya = authenticity, freedom, letting go, growth, feeling allright with herself, being enough, able to be !honest about her needs!, equal partners + sexy intimacy
a + tatsuo = stifling emotions, tiptoeing around each other, always alert not to say or do or be too much, putting him on the pedestal, anxiety, lack of communication, she needs a fulfilling emotional connection, but with him even crumbs seem to be a luxurious meal + assumed sexual compatibility, but these scenes just seem meh
maybe she will understand how kouya felt and that he put her on the pedestal, which made him anxious and feeling non deserving of her.
i guess once asahi and tatsuo live together that will be too much for both and they will be really disappointed even though they want it right now.
i'm also really curious about the new short hair girl, i think there'll be some romance plotline including her + kouya/tatsuo, however, i'll feel so sad for the guy from her office who has this huge crush on her. i lowkey think she noticed. i ship them more than the main ships right now.
