Wait how do we know they’re fated? They didn’t mention it in the story I think
It was implied multiple times
We have that incomplete memory from Etti’s childhood when shar is saying ‘you are my…. Wait for me’
Then at the dinner Shar said his parents were fated mates and he will only accept his fated as his spouse and we all know who he has on his mind.
So here’s a theory. We know that omegas smell like flowers. That’s why Etti thought it was all the omegas making the ballroom smell like a rose. Even though it wasn’t but we see the implication.
And now we also know Shar’s alpha pheromone are like waves of the ocean. Probably the scent and roll out in waves? What if Etti’s omega pheromone smell like moonflower? We know they are fated mates. It’s like The connection between the moon and the ocean. That’d be romantic.
On a side note I wish I had waited a bit more to read. And someone please PLEASE kill a b*tch!
