also im absolutely loving the character development of heretical inquisitor like the fact that his immersion into emotions ended up into him being trapped by golden flower's character :"))... i hope he's able to like bring back some of that into his own world

Heretical inquisitor did bring back some of what he learned as lady golden flower in the real world. I'm so happy for him. He finally knows what emotions are. He became a much more interesting character after that too, it's so good.
He loves her bc she’s the only person that can relate to what he’s gone through, dying an endless amount of times for a seemingly unachievable goal. The sync thing is just bc of the butler’s infatuation with hierarchy and his love for those he believes are superior to him, like respect and obsession.
Tbh he’s always been a super interesting character, but yeah this arc really solidified his spot as a top 5 character in this series for me
yes yes yesssss he was a great character from the start but he felt pretty flat for me cuz there's no space for character development at that point, but after this arc, his progress has been so good! So much more depth and introspectionლ(´ڡ`ლ)
can someone explain to me the whole romance thing with silver lily and gongja? does gongja actually love her bc of her regressor status or if not what is going on ?? im jus confused about whats real from the whole sync thing with the butler character and his ego
