Yes other people know. But Dan is new to the team and JK has been working with everyone else for a long time, so he trusts them. Plus like someone else already said, he is catching a case of the feelings and will use this as an excuse to get rid of Dan or be an even bigger dick to Dan. Which yes, is that even possible?! All I know is, I'm scared for our little cinnamon roll!
I think he'll blame the hospital but would not do anything, it'll affect his mental though, training harder, the wound's hurt even more.
It's plainly stated in the article that it's a hospital source so no it would not "make sense" for him to assume it's Dan unless he's illiterate.

Oh no, I see where this is going! He is going to blame Dan for leaking the information about his bad shoulder! It would make sense from JK's perspective, Dan is his doctor and has inside knowledge and he doesn't have money so he could have sold the info for money. But by now he should know Dan better and that he wouldn't do that. If for no other reason that he is a professional and he wouldn't disclose a patient's info.
