This is why I love this author. Even if it is a slowburn, she never does that oblivious/tsundere bs. They are always flirting and they always know exactly where they stand (they maybe slow in getting there but they dont have unncessary complications and misunderstandings for no reason)

I was honestly prepping my heart for a slow burn cuz ml is actually really fcking respectful and mc seems really chill y'know. His focus is on his child and he had a girlfriend before so I thought it's gonna go the "wait, but I'm straight" trope but ooohhhhh we got a kiss!! Initiated by mc!! And he did it unconsciously!!
