You are right, living paralysed whole life, means not walking, should have an effect on whole body, posture even, body mass… he is paralysed knees down (I didn’t know it’s even possible, convienient for the story xD), so probably was able to crawl as a kid. And everything we do as a kids, every milestone is what makes our body grow healthy.
