The Saint got a beef with him because he refused to stay and now she wants to make his life difficult. Probably....

Really? I think she's trying to help him by sending him demonic energy as a gift. When she was talking to the guard, capturing demonic monsters every night seemed like a burden and not something done for pleasure, rather an obligation, and she mentioned that she will continue to do it everyday so it seemed that she had her reasons.

She's like, "Since I can't control you(mc), I might as well destroy you" something like that.

I don't know, I don't think that's what's going on. She doesn't strike me as evil therefore I think she's sending them because he "needs" the demonic energy. Remember he was supposed to go back to Earth without the demonic powers but he chose to keep them and that's why I think he "needs" to regularly absorb demonic energy. But since there are no demonic monsters on Earth, the saintess is now obligated to continuously send him the monsters from her dimension.

I honestly don't know, I didn't look at the raws or anything so this is just me speculating. But the Saint just didn't strike me as evil. I get why the MC obviously hates her since she forcibly brought him to her world and made him risk his life everyday if he ever wanted to return home. So that's why their interactions are aggressive and he has a biased opinion of her. His flashbacks have an unreliable narrative pov. The way her guard asked her if she's planning to send monsters every night made it seen as if it's a hard and taxing thing to do. So I guess we'll just wait and see.... I could be wrong of course.
