good luck with your exam, I don't know if this'll help but maybe if you plan in advance the time of the day and context in which you'll read the chapter maybe it'll help you think less of the impatience and feel more like "there's this particular event that's in my agenda" ? (just throwing the idea without much thought)
I have an examen the week before the release of season 3, even while studying I can't stop thinking about the new chapters...omg pray for me fellow bl addicts
