Well it looks like it, I'm not 100% sure, but she and ml are in love with each other, and Hinaki isn't rly bothered by it, so I can't rly imagine Hinaki beign endgame.
She might be if author pulls some magic move, but I personally can't imagine such a twist after 40+ chapters of Shunsuke simping after black haired one.
