Might be wrong info but the anime is adapted from a novel (series)? Not from manga origin, also not sure if you can read the novel anywhere...

im trying to find this manga where basically this guy (blonde i think?) is like a reporter on tv but he sort of lives a double life cus whenever he is off work he wears glasses and a mask, anywyas he has to interview an animator guy that is making a stop motion intro for their news station or smth, later on while he is wearing his mask and glasses the animator dude crashes into him on his bike and he breaks his arm so now tv guy has to help him with his animations and then they fall in love and stuff
