He did know his mother but now he will completely give up both his parents . Can't blame the emperor for what his mother do but can't blame the MC for giving up both his parents after he's suffering for his whole darn life.
She literally raped the emperor and forced him to have a child with her. I understand to a certain degree why he doesn't want to do anything with her or mc. Ofc mc is not at fault but as a victim of sa, I don't think it's fair to expect from the emperor to just forget ab it and accept his son. I hope mc soon realizes everything and how disgusting of a person she is. She deserves to suffer in the most horrible way possible.
