I would argue that there is actually a difference, but im tired so maybe later, but yes there is a difference. To put it simply pedophilia/sexualizing minors is extremely bad both in fiction and reality, because of what it can entail and create. However enjoying noncon in fiction can be done safely and is something that can even be done in reality using roleplays and whatnot with a partner when being safe and both consent and there is essentially no harm done, which is not something that can or should be done with the other one.
