Omg I agree it wasn't worth the time there's no affection and the sex scenes were him having his way with the bottom and the reason for revenge is ridiculous
Him having his way and none of it even seemed enjoyable on either side ever and then the revenge plot just?? Made no sense??? He was a literal child

This was the worst story I've read in a while. There was ZERO chemistry, the sex scenes were so boring? Like there was nothing actually intimate and while I've read and enjoyed many stories with asshole tops/dubcon/etc., this one felt particularly rapey and stiff. It had a lot of potential, honestly, but things just played out really poorly and that ending was so anticlimactic. I think the best part of it all was the grandpa/puppy scene because it was the first time the story actually invoked some emotion, but even that was like... there wasn't enough love and care between them for him to justifiably put his baby in danger. It all felt so meaningless.
Overall just very disappointed. Not the worst story ever but like a 4/10.
