SY is about to meet his father again. The guy with the sandals is his very own piece of shit coward and useless father who used to beat him and starve him before his late uncle took care of him. Then we don't really know what will happen to him since the story will balance back to TS. He is injured and held hostage by Minhyuk who is planning to kill him thinking it's the only way to get SY for himself.
Right when MH is about to end it with TS, SY will appear and will protect TS with his own body. The last panel ends this way and we don't get to see more than a stunned TS's face and SY's side profile covered with bruises (probably from the fight with his father and that other jerk).
