There are actually an almost an equal number of semes who are head over heels or fall first for their ukes, especially in manhwa. This kind of uke is more common in manga or older BL
They do, but most of the stories I kinda don't like it. It's just feel plain(?). I like story like shutline where both parties are invested in each other and both characters are capable of doing their jobs right
