If I remember correctly, Jinx does seem to be following the same pattern. She would have to do something different because they are living together where Alex and DJ didn’t. Dan has no where to go if they separate. DJ had his own apartment.
That’s only if she keeps to the same patterns. With that she has setup, she may do something different? But he has to have character development of some kind. It is leading to that.
