eckles will bring yvonne back to the duke and I think yvonne was manipulating him so he was conspiring against penelope... I can't remember clearly since I've read this years ago.. the duke will put eckles in jail and penelope visited him once and eckles begged penelope to take him back, but penelope is mad because he broke her trust and she cut off connection with him by throwing the ring that lets her control eckles as his master.... fast forward eckles will start a rebellion against the empire..a lot of things happened... then eckles just disappeared after all that chaos.

so by this time yvone is already back at the duchy, it was penelope's coming of age ceremony so they didn't invite yvonne (you know to show respect to penelope).... so when the party has already started this motherfucker derick brought yvonne to the fucking party... there everyone was shocked... etc etc.. then come the 2 glass of drink (1 poisoned by yvonne- it was all her plan, she was making it look like penelope poisoned her cause she's jealous of the real daughter, so she was planning on drinking the poisoned drink and blame it all on penelope) BUT of course our smart FL already knows all of this so, she drank that poisoned drink.... also additional info, the coming of age ceremony is the limit period of the hard mode, and since she was not able to have a 100% favorability in any male lead, she failed, and as a penalty there would be deduction of favorability on all MLs... then after she drank the poison and she was losing her consciousness, the system again said that they will give her a second chance and let her see the "hidden ending" but since she is already losing her consciousness, she couldn't reject it and was automatically accepted...


so regarding callisto, i don't remeber anything that he have done that may upsent the previous commenter, but I do remember him being so mad at everyone and not letting anyone touch penelope... AND OMG I TELL YOU THIS IS THE ARC WHERE YOU'LL WITNESS THE FAMOUS LINE OF CALLISTO <3 <3 a little spoiler "as long as i'm alive with my eyes wide open you can't die" "I'll do everything for you." -so clearly the yvonne we have now is not the OG yvonne, but the leader of the cult of Leila.. the real yvonne is probably already dead and leila took over her body.
- on the normal mode (with the OG penelope): yvonne was manipulating the family and the whole duchy into abusing/hating OG penelope, and she was also controlling penelope which eventually lead to her death (why? cause it was revealed that penelope is a descendant of a powerful magician that could potentially ruin Leila's plan so they need to get rid of her) so when this all happened, it led to the downfall of the empire... Vinter knowing that penelope is the descendant, he rewind the time(?)- not sure about this I forgot, but you get the gist of it- that's why we have the current timeline which is the Hard mode- it was all possible thanks to vinter feeling guilty bringing back yvonne to the duchy not knowing she is Leila...

-On the hard mode: when everything is over they defeated leila and the dragon, ecklise gone... and callisto having a severe wound from fighting the dragon.... and callisto told penelope that it's time for her to go back to her home, penelope was so shooked... like asking him what he meant, and callisto just said that she should forget everything that happened there and just focus on herself...etc etc and penelope asked him what about him he answered " I TOLD YOU, WHEREVER YOU GO, ILL FOLLOW YOU" <3 <3 (best ML indeed) .

then the system concluded that she finished the game and the reward was if she wanted to go back....

What callisto did at the coming of age is what recovered his image. Before that the coming of age, penny talked to callisto and ask about his feelings and something but Callisto still did not know at that time and his answer dissappointed penny, like big time , thats why penny just wanted it to all end and die.

I still didnt get the thing about vinter. He rewinded the time and he got stuck at something or loop?but he got out of the mirror so all is good

AS THEY ALL SAIID, CALLISTO IS THE BEST ML CAUSE ALL HIS LINES WERE SO GOOD AND THE WAY HE WORRIES ABOUT PENNY GOING TO HER OWN WORLD

YAAAAS and I think penelope never told callisto about her "other world", but the fact that he knows that she isn't from this world (he just has this gut feeling) and that she's struggling to survive in their world. And there he was willing to do everything to help her go back home... OMG THE BEST ML EVER
