It's cuz it'll damage the overused "misunderstanding plot" the author copied from other og stories. That'll be too original if she does that

Agree, I think the emperor the big villain here
The misunderstanding between her and Rutger is eating me alive. She can just time travel to see what actually happened and I also think the reason why he wasn't talking to her was because he was ashamed of his voice and was programmed by the adults around to think that everyone hates his voice(stutter). She can also time travel to the moment before her second husband and child went missing to see what happened to them i don't know. But I suspect the emperor was the one who sent them away.
