The only thing that irks me is that he isnt asking her to clear it up w purple hair (maybe bc she’s still in her animal form). Also I think purple hair thinks of her as a pet for his son… bc he only cares for his son and wife from what I’ve seen

Yes, she had explicitly chosen black hair as her father, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't clarify her relations w/purple hair. 'Sides, it might better if she's able to say straight to his (purple) face that she isn't interested.
