The child isn't a newborn but an infant (probably translation issues) since she can sit up and crawl around with good head control. She could've already been pregnant when they broke up also. I got a 4 month old and he can't crawl or sit up yet. Idk does that make sense?
Yeah, I figure it's translation issues, but I think my comment is funnier if I didn't know that.

Google says a newborn is up to 28 days to 3 months old.
