Tbh, I think the same way. It's already weird since her sister as the og FL can move freely and doesn't show any sign of sickness (⊙…⊙ ) Also, she buys the vitality potion using our FL's name without even her knowing. It's so damn weird, really. Plus! Idk why but I think Prince Ishar somehow knows about the og plot? I mean, it looks like he knows something beforehand too. Maybe he amd the og FL both turned back time or whatever lol. Well, but that's only my thoughts ╮(￣▽￣)╭

ok so I'm at chapter 13 and yoo? mc just coughed up blood and I'm suspecting the twin sister had something to do with it since she was eavesdropping on mc and ml convo and said i won't die this time with a bunch of books so????? could she be transferring her sickness to mc if it is that's fucked
