I use to get that from time to tme, but later that day or the next I could get in. I haven't had it happen in a while thou.
Uuu that happens when ur country ban a certain websites. Im currently using VPN to hv access to mangago. Or else it will show me that.

It happens when content don't exist on mangago anymore for example - someone's use id got deleted, any manga that got deleted , comment of someone got deleted.
I knew that part, but for me it happened when I was coming to the main page of the site. Not sure about Ichiraku Ramen who asked about it.
