i think when Cheol-ho said what he said to Nanmu, it finally sets him free from his feelings of debt to the old man. The three of them we're just loyal and do what that old bastard says because they feel indebted and in a way pilgyun freed Cheol-ho which also is the final trigger to free Nanmu
The next chapter is so satisfying to read over and over again that I think I'm a psycho now
