She doesn't seem interested in it at all to begin with
well in her first life, she most likely followed in her father's footsteps which led her to death so of course when her second life began she had to make different decisions in order to guarantee a different outcome. So it makes sense she doesn't want to pick up a sword once again! and instead become the sacrificial bride.

It's hinted that she's stronger than your average servant man and acknowledged on swordplay on this life even if she hasn't been practicing as in her previous life, and in said previous life she was good enough to be the swordmaid directly protecting the saintess who was the crown prince's lover. So does she ever pick up the sword again?
