I think its normal?(for boxers) its called 'cauliflower ear' I noticed that too before and remembered what its called, its cause of the force they receiver from their opponent, somethin like that,

Lol alot of MMA fighters have that cauliflower ears, it comes with the sport, and it’s actually caused by trauma to the sides of the head.
Ngl the author needs to improve how they draw jk's ears everytime I notice his ears it gives me the creeps
