Why tho? :v

I have to keep wondering: Why do people start new comic entries for stuff that already exists?
Are people really just not checking if the author's page has the work uploaded already?
I find this all so weird. Not as weird as false chapter updates but still weird.

I think it's the site starting a new comic entry and not people. There is usually an uploader next to the chapter they uploaded and this one doesn't have one.

I suppose that's an option, but I don't think the website is automized to that degree. Not every work gets reuploads, even if dozens of alternative titles are available to justify it.
It's also always reuploads with only one or two chapters which then doesn't get any more chapters added. That could play into the automized idea but it could also work for just someone not paying attention, seeing their mistake due to comments mentioning it and then abandoning the upload.

Too bad we can't ask the staff for info on this. It WOULD be interesting to know, plus we could suggest doing it like other websites and have them implement a redirect to an existing upload with the title/alternative titles for the same comic.

I kinda hope it's not automated tbh. That would just needlessly waste server space and create disappointment. XD
