Yeah I came across it long back so I forgot the exact quote as well, which is why people may have trouble identifying where it's from
If god truly exists then why has he not helped us?
•Does he not know we're in trouble and are suffering? Then he's not omniscient
•If he knows we need him and can't help us he's not omnipotent
•If he knows we need him and still won't help us he's malevolent
•If he neither knows it nor can help us then he's not worthy of the title God.
