Is he following her and forcing her to come back? cause every webtoon with plot like that, they are forced to go back to the abuser and suddenly fall in love after he's a bit "nice". I never saw a webtoon where the fl gets her peace after leaving and have a happy ending Q_Q

after kyle caught leyla and matthias fcking, kyle and matthias got into a fight so leyla had to stop them by telling kyle she loves matthias (tho it appears in this part that she doesnt) so she can protect kyle from matthias
leyla then pretended to love matthias and deceived him so that he wont suspect her leaving. she's leaving coz she's suffering from matthias' toxic obsession and possessiveness to her (he hatefvcks her like every night, there's couple of times he threatened to kill her), and she's also leaving from shame coz matthias' fiancee knew she's a mistress
