He is rising that child minded dragon properly. It's good to see even after knowing his powers he's treating hyo-un as a younger brother/child.
Hyo-un being attracted towards him is literally not his fault.
It's natural for a dragon to choose a mate in this trope. & He is doing that unconsciously which is inspiring that growth spurt.
