If I was in his place I would have aborted , washed the mark and lived my normal life without this shitty alpha. This mc is insane I really didn't like him a bit.

I think it might be because the chance of uke having a child might be difficult. In the story it says multiple times that uke is recessive which means chances of pregnancy is difficult. Uke might have felt this is his only chance at having a baby. Also the baby is from the person he loved.
I said all this just based on what I'm thinking after reading many similar stories, it might not be the same in this story.
But alpha's reaction after being aware of his Omega getting pregnant was obnoxious. I couldn't stomach it at all . For some reason I can't find or give any empathy to MC. Just my opinion. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

There's an accident where Seme in trying to save his child and omega got stabbed in his gland, doctor said it might damage his gland more and may make him a beta(he doesn't turn into beta no worries). But this caused uke to start opening his heart a little for Seme again.

A : He will and it'll be a long regret arc (so we can't feel somewhat satisfied) and side story with child bonding
