I've got to ask, did you read the chapter properly? They were friends with benefits, not boyfriend and girlfriend. Seme also hadn't seen her since he started fake-dating the uke. They also didn't do anything in the hotel, he only met with her to tell her that they wouldn't be seeing each other again.

The seme tells the girl "let's stop seeing each other". He didn't say let's stop hooking up or being friends with benefits. And the only reason why they hadn't seen each other after the seme started the fake relationship, is because both the seme and the girl have been busy working. So technically he was still with her when he started the fake relationship with uke and he himself said they were not allowed to see anyone. Plus in a different chapter when the uke asked him if he was still seeing the woman who used to sponsor him, he said he wasn't seeing anyone.

I've got to ask, did you see chapter 35 which was added today,? The seme admitted to the uke that he was seeing someone while in the fake relationship with him but he ended it. So I did read the previous chapter correctly.

Yes I saw it, but you're saying he was cheating, but he never did. He hadn't broken the fwb off with her, but he hadn't seen her while he was with uke except for that last time to break it off.
Sorry if it was misunderstood, that's what I meant, that he wasn't cheating and he hadn't been with her since he started with uke.

Well i mean, that's like saying it's not cheating if it's in a different area code . . . just because they hadn't seen each in a while or slept together in a while because of work doesn't mean they were not together. She didn't know that the seme was sleeping with someone else and the uke didn't know he was seeing someone so he technically was cheating on both of them. He should have broken it off with the girl as soon as he started the fake relationship with the uke. BTW, they were more than fwb. He especially said "seeing each other". That is definitely above fwb.

It still doesn’t mean he was cheating on anyone. The only one to be confirmed cheating was the girl who admitted she was meeting with him while she had a bf. “Seeing each other” is a very general saying that can have multiple categories under it. It can be used for cutting off friendship, relationships, fwb, etc. I’ve seen the line, “let’s stop seeing each other,” in thousands of stories, including when characters cut off fwb. You gotta understand that the phrasing “seeing someone” does not automatically mean it’s an official relationship. It doesn’t need to be spelled out explicitly like “let’s stop fucking each other.” For anyone to get the point. You’re the only one who really misunderstood his words. Whether what the Seme did was wrong or not- TECHNICALLY, he didn’t cheat on anyone like you assumed. If he was really dating the girl, I’m sure she would’ve been more upset but she was chill with it. Showing that they weren’t dating at all. Anyways, I’m not saying the Seme is a good guy or innocent- just saying you were incorrect that he cheated on anyone.

The fact that the girl was sleeping with the seme while she had a bfjust proves that she is not into monogamy and that is why she was "chill" with the seme sleeping with someone else while they were seeing each other. And again, he told the uke that neither of them were allowed to "see" anyone else while they carried out their fake relationship. And whatever context "seeing each other" carries here, he himself admitted to the uke in chapter 35 that he had been "seeing" someone but he broke it off with them. That IS cheating,

Plus it seems to me like 25 other people agreed with me, so clearly I'm not "the only one who misunderstood". Bottom line is he lied to the uke about being exclusive with him in any way shape or form and that is cheating no matter how you look at it. And then has the nerve to get mad and jealous about the uke's friend.

I do not consider it cheating if it’s a contractual relationship and they didn’t cut the contract off. They aren’t in an official relationship and last I checked neither of them confessed yet. Like I said- I’m not discussing what the Seme did was wrong or right, just confirming BY DEFINITION cheating was incorrect. I also don’t care about your likes, just shows the amount of people who also misunderstood unfortunately. You’re correct that he did basically did not cut off the fwb connection but at the same time he’s WAS TECHNICALLY truthful that he hasn’t physically seen or done anything with anyone else since he had gotten into this contractual relationship with the Uke. He likely was not planning to see anyone and did confirm that he didn’t continue or see anyone while he was with him despite keeping the contact. It was basically like ghosting someone but not putting in the effort to go out of their way to confirm the fwb is over until later.

Anyways the friend is no better than the Seme if you’re in defense of him. As well as the fact that it’s odd that if you hate the Seme so much, why are you here continuing to read the updates every time it comes out? I could never continue a story where I hate one of the leads. You know now that there’s a 99.9% chance they will end up together.

The contract didn't call for them to sleep together. The seme chose to take it to that PERSONAL level so saying they are not in a relationship is just an excuse a douche bag would use to justify cheating. As for the FWB issue. The seme told the uke he is not allowed to "see" or sleep with anyone else and that he wouldn't either because it they got caught, the public would think they were "cheating". The uke agreed as part of the contract. But then the seme blurred the line between work and personal and feelings have clearly been developed on either side. I don't know about you, but I would be super pissed, both professionally and emotionally if I found that my supposed partner who insisted we be exclusive had a FWB on the side just because they don't think that technically counts as " seeing someone ". Again, an excuse a douche bag would use to justify cheating. And just because two people haven't seen each other or had sex in a while, doesn't mean they are not together. Like the girl clearly stated, they were both busy working. If they were not together or seeing each other, they wouldn't have needed to " break things off", now would they? And I never said I didn't like the seme, he is mainly a good guy. He did something wrong and I "called him out on it" like I would anyone else, real or fictional. (not in general, I'm only talking about this situation) At first I also thought it was cheating but there's no ACTUAL romantic relationship that being hurt thou, ml is not in a relationship (EXCLUSIVE ROMANTIC RS) with anyone even with the mc. I don't really remember the rules of mc and ml's relationship contract but it seems like it was not stated that they need to be exclusive to each other, even if he had sex with the girl in that scene it's not considered as cheating (but I would feel bad as a reader lol) because he and mc hasn't establish a formal dating relationship yet. If it was stated in the contract and he breaks it, technically he's not cheating on the mc BUT on the company lol.

But mc and ml already had sex with each other and it seems like they are catching feelings. Again, they haven't establish their formal romantic real relationship.

In the girl's case it's very obvious that they are not in a romantic relationship, they are not bfs and gfs (at least to me) it seems like they only see each other for fun and lust and the girl mentioned that he's okay with ml's fake relationship with mc indicating that she's okay if ml if fucking other people aside from her.

And the fact that he has a rumor going around about him fucking the pretty sugar momma (I hope she's just a disposable character, I don't want her to be a problem in the future ughhh) I bet the girl's aware of it and still okay being f buddies with the ml.

Everyone keeps talking about "technically" this and technically that and contractual. But the relationship between them has gone far beyond that at this point. At one point, in an early chapter, the seme is at a restaurant with a blond guy and they are talking about the fake relationship with the uke. The seme says he would like it to be personal too. And he made petsonal , alright. He slept with the uke and he keeps getting all jealous and possessive of him. So in a way, it is cheating. The seme can't have it both ways. He doesn't get to act like it is a fake, professional relationship where he gets to see people on the side if he wants, but then try to get in between the uke and his friend because his friend likes the uke. Then has the nerve to get mad at the uke for kissing someone else.

We says it's technically not cheating because it is not, their relationship is based on contract set by the company not their love for each other. It's still not cheating if they're not in romantic real relationship and hasn't talk about their rules and boundaries OR if one hasn't break the rules of the contractual relationship (breach of contract).

Even if he wants it to be personal or if it gone far beyond the contract (they had sex and starting to catching feelings for each other), if they haven't make it official or again set rules and boundaries.

Yes he can't have it both ways but there's still no cheating happen even if he gets jealous THEY ARE NOT IN REAL RELATIONSHIP. Yes their feelings would be hurt that's why they have to make it official and talk about it so they can set rules and boundaries as an OFFICIAL couple and when they start dating as a real couple then the ml happen to had sex or whatever (not exclusive to sex) with other people without his partner's consent and approval that's where actually cheating happen,

If I have someone I had a crush with and this someone has similar feelings to me but we are not dating then I suddenly saw this someone kissing other people it is still not cheating because we're not dating, they're just leading me on and they're s an asshole for that.

If I was in a contractual relationship with someone, we fucked, we kiss, we tell sweet words to each other then suddenly I catch them fucking other people it's still not cheating AS LONG AS there's no rules that being broken in the contract BUT if we had it in our contract that we must not see other people then they break it then that's were we consider it cheating.
