Only some of them show up, and it doesn't work the other way around. Mangago makes mistakes with things like these a lot; the author of Wotakoi goes by Fujita and this author goes by Megane and if you look closer at their art styles they really are not the same. Similar, yes, but not the same . Fujita has written bl before, but only in an anthology as of right now I believe.
I was wondering about this too, so I checked site like mangaupdate, and when u click Fujita, the associated name also written as Megane who created bl(s), so most of us assumed they're the same person.

It's common for ero manga artists who also write sfw mangas (or vice versa) to have different pennames to separate their works. Most voice actors use pennames when they voice r-18 stuff

I looked into it more and I'm a bit more inclined to believe it since Fujita at least follows Megane's twt and I can see them being the same person I guess, to me personally the art style just seems too different though (which I suppose would be on purpose so regardless id rather refer to them as separate people since even if they are the same person that's clearly the point of the separation if that makes sense)
