the danmei novels. most of the plots are dubious consent I've been reading danmei for 5 years now. domestic abuse, manipulation, sexism, Stockholm syndrome are common. and yes, ive read the famous ones but that barely scratches the surface. northeast asians have this fetish or kink. it's.... something.
