i can see why some people would disagree with that "i will not leave you no matter how much you hurt me" line, and i can see how it can be interpreted in an unhealthy way, but i think, rather than jaerim meaning "you can abuse me as much as you'd like and i won't leave you because i love you" i think he really meant something along the lines of "i'll help you carry all of your burdens, and i know it will be painful for me, just as it has been painful for you all this time, but i'll do it because i love you and want to help you". i think it holds a much different meaning than what it can be read as. but i agree wholeheartedly with everything you say! especially that jaerjm is the best character. he's such a good and strong sweetheart isn't he

Oh for fuck's sakes. If you are reading this comment, please don't mind me I just needed to clear up some ideas. The drama is so big. I just can't. The feeling of falling into a hole that Yuri showed when he thought he had lost Jaerim moved me seriously much. My heart couldn't stop pounding.
JAERIMS IS THE BEST FREAKING CHARACTER. I love him. He always nails it on telling people some truths on their faces. He's an amazing human being.
BUT. "I won't leave you even if you hurt me"... I don't know how to feel about this, 'cause the moment was perfect and lovely, and Yuri apologized properly and realised what he could have lost if Jaerim left, BUT I don't quite like this idea of letting someone hurt you and be by his side even though he's saying he can't make you happy. It doesn't feel sweet to me... it's kinda... sad of Jaerim to say that. It´s like he has some unhealty obsession with Yuri.
Well, no I don't think that is the case indeed. Jaerim just has a huge heart and wants to help those around him, and even more his loved ones. However, it hurts me the fact that he is determined to suffer. No, baby. You deserve to be happy and find something nice for yourself. THINK ABOUT YOURSELF.

*sighs* I don't blame Yuri. He has a serious disease and he needs a therapist. He did his best during a long time being a charming boyfriend to Jaerim, and he's doing his best with his life, like in his studies, working and taking care of his house. That's fucking impressive! So, I really try to understand him. But I just... don't want Jaerim to cry anymore.
