I'm confused, why is first all confused about Keith being called a young master when in Chapter 4 he clearly talks about how Keith is a silver spoon?!
Maybe because he knows he's rich but not that rich rich. So for him, Keith to be called young master just elevated his perception of him being rich.
Like he thought he's silver spoon but he's actually golden spoon.
Because being called a young master is even weird for rich nowadays. He must come from some old money with strong traditions.
