so in the beginning mc likes short guy, but ml (grey hair) doesn't like mc really at that point, maybe you can say he's interested/intrigued/curious. mc falls out of love with short guy pretty fast and ml is not at all threatened by short guy. it's hard to explain but it's not like mc has 2 options to choose from, the actual ship is pretty clear. short guy has not asparagus in s2 yet at all. jealousy is not really driving the plot, imo. hope that helps
Its far from love triangle the other guy is now insignificant in this season he will have 2 chap in next season his contribution is to only arouse jealousy and love in main top for main uke
But isn't it still a love triangle since the uke is still pretty much involved with him at some point he just has more chemistry with the other ml.
i mean really depends on how you define a love triangle, i felt like ml didn't like the mc much while him and shorty had shit going on. it's just not really like the stories that are based on love triangles that i can think of, like operation true love for example. like the feelings the characters have are also not what i usually see in love triangles, plus again shorty is irrelevant... like a lot xd
you will know he only liked him because xinlu is his preference and he thought he was innocent and cute tae will see his true colors when xinlu will try to kill him he was basically saved by illy xinlu is literally more demonic than toxic just wait for next season but this season xinlu lost as his not around tae anymore tae open up to illy and illy becoming more and more human and tae. Confesses to illy first and only ask him to help because his uncle his brother xinlu are with tae out of selfish reason no love involved
Ngl I feel like it’s a triangle in some sense. Cuz even though Reigrow didn’t fuck Xinlu out of love, Taeui was very affected by it. So in a way it is. And Taeui does care about Xinlu to some degree as well. Not in a passionate way of course hehe
i mean, i guess, again i say "not really" cause it's not the focus or the main driver of the story, it is a snall element but i wouldn't call the story a love triangle, if you know what i mean. I feel like the reason for Taeui trying to keep Xinlu away from Ilay is more for his safety than out of jealousy and it's not that integral to the story like every progression happens anyways. Taeui falls out of love basically the moment Xinlu wants to top him, Ilay and Taeui get closer anyway so it just doesn't feel like stories centered around love triangles do
