as i understand it, seonbae is used in work places and it doesn't have age limitations like oppa/eonni and ahujussi/ahjuma if you get what i mean. she uses seonbae because they're both in the same work field and he's much older and much more experienced. if anything that woman could possibly be in her thirties or smth and peter was 60 before his body became young again so still a huge age gap.
