They don't have a kid or even fully imprint (at least not in the novel), and the uncle even suggests that Kim Shin shouldn't just have Yeonwoo but should also get with a dominant omega so that he can have children... So it seems more like the author is completely stomping out even the smallest possibility of Yeonwoo getting preggy unlike other stories where it is hinted that they can.
