Lol yeah that was a lil extreme with the dinners everyday but for the plot I agree!There's some lonely ass bosses out there some of them seem like they don't have friends and don't want the fun of all the coworkers around them to end. the closest I've had to this was one month we had a company bbq, then a company dinner, then a "volunteer" too clean the beach and have a picnic after. Free food but didn't all count as paid time u nu wish they thought of liability thing and cancelled our dinners I feel taegyeoms corporate pain
I know it's for the plot, but there is no company out there that would have company dinners that often! Once a week is unheard of! First, because most companies don't want to fork over that much money for food. Second, if you pressure employees into going, it could be considered over time and they should pay OT. Third, the liability aspect of it. If an employee is forced or pressured to go to work events and something happens to them while there, the employer is liable for workers comp and/or the medical fees and a settlement sum.
